You want to finally manage to eat less sugar and / or get rid of your corona kilos and right now the ice cream parlors are starting to open again?

I used to treat myself to a large sundae at my favorite ice cream shop every time I drove downtown. But when I moved into an office right next to one of the best ice cream stores, I knew that this habit could quickly lead to unwanted results on my scales.

Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology, then helped me with two tips that he shared during his lecture at the Vienna University of Economics and Business:


The first was: his two statistics, the first on the increase in sugar consumption over the last fifty years and the second statistic showed an almost identical curve on the increase in illnesses, especially mental illnesses!
