Regular time for exercise? Or out of breath at the slightest effort?


The first appointment early in the morning, the last one so late in the evening that you only fall into bed exhausted? Is it too cold for outdoor sports and the fitness center isn't your thing?


New areas of focus will be fought by the swine dog until they become a habit. But as soon as they are a ritual, it runs by itself. If you do not get it anymore, you are so bad that you take the next opportunity to immediately find your rhythm again. Simply because you feel how good it is for you when you make it.
