There are some obvious symptoms of anxiety that we are familiar with: nervousness, restlessness, tension, racing heart, sweating, a tight chest feeling ... and so on and then there are symptoms that we would not originally associate with anxiety.

If you have some of the symptoms it doesn't necessarily mean you are afraid, consult your doctor before doing a self-diagnosis.
