Julius, a highly qualified marketing director who has been one of the pillars of the company for twenty years, sees more and more of his qualified colleagues being fired. In between, fear grabs him too. The next thought then is existential fear: what if I am next? How do I look after my family, my wife, and my three children? Whenever fear comes up in you, make yourself aware that it is your head, more precisely your mind, which is then in the future and no longer in the here and now.
