The father of three, Maximilian H., is very worried. A few weeks ago the entrepreneur was diagnosed with an illness that calls into question his ability to get well again. Due to the extensive therapies that are currently draining his body, he cannot process the next orders and worries about how he can take care of his family in the future without income. The medical bills have already eaten up a large portion of the family's savings. The stress primarily causes the brain to switch to emergency and, understandably, only revolves around one question: How can I survive? When it comes to the question of which steps he can take so that a bit of light appears again at the end of the tunnel, the head is usually completely absent at these moments.
In Austria there are a lot of NGOs that have a good overview of what help is available, unfortunately I have not yet come across any that helps Austrians in need and advises where they can turn to bridge the most difficult time.
